The hardest day of my life was letting you go. I know though that you are now with grandpa and with Jesus. So in that, I am at peace. So many memories and stories to share.  The many years we stayed with you, the trips to the five and dime store, the times you took us to St. Christopher with you, the many, many memories of being with you and all our long conversations. We both sure can talk. Until I see you again grandma. Love you. 

Grandma, I will always remember you as a woman of great faith in God. You taught me early on how to be responsible and accountable and  to care for others. You managed to take our time together and use it as a teachable moment which I am greatly appreciative of today. I remember having our tea parties at the table, from the table cloth to the dishes to the utensils to the folding of the napkins it was almost perfect. But before we could serve each other you reminded me to pray first. We couldn't serve until we gave praise and thanks to God. This memory without knowing has brought me to God and placing him first in all areas of my life. Thank you grandma for showing me the importance of our God. I will always cherish this memory and God willing pass this on to my grandchildren. Love you grandma!!

Grandma,

You always had a lot of love, joy, and advice to give. Every time we visited, you spent most of the time smiling, laughing, and talking! Your stories were great; I wish I had shared some of my stories with you, Grandma! I will always remember you as a vibrant and loving person. Thank you for making our lives easier to bear through your service to others. I also want to thank you for the photo album and message you gave me; Kim, Daniel, and myself have enjoyed the photos, and we will continue to cherish them as long as we live. Finally, thank you, Grandma, for being the keystone of the Coleman Family (at least from a grandson's perspective)!

Martha, my condolences to you and the family.  Throughout the years I would stop and visit with your Mom for a bit..  She had a way of making me feel special, expressing excitement that I had taken time to stop by.  In reality, she was the special one.  May she rest in peace in God's Glory. 

Tia Cruz, I remember the great time I spent as a youngster at your house with Cousin Rosie Erebia, we spent time at your house enjoyed going to Astroworld and swimming at the Park swimming pool. You also hosted our family on a brief vacation, cut short by us having to return home to face Hurricane Celia. You and Tio Fred always made it an enjoyable time. My career started in Houston because you allowed Primo Sam to drive me to interviews in Houston, landing my first job at Coastal Oil and Gas. Thank you for beautiful memories! 

Mom you have always taught us to work  hard and treat others like we would like to be treated  and to  go church well two out of three is not bad  I remember when  my brother fred and I would come home from selling papers when we were younger  it was raining and cold  and you would have hot chocolate ready for us and you taught us to put half our money in little banks that we had ( those were the days we had fun) you were getting us ready for the real world didn't know that then know it now remember when you sent me to the store because  you wanted a head of lettuce and I brought you a cabbage twice but I learned mom I'll never forget you I will always love you I cannot express in words what my heart feels it hurts right now but I know you're at peace now and with dad
