Cynthia Kay Lilly, 65, Of La Porte, passed away on December 17, 2024. She was born in Council Bluffs, lowa on December 9, 1959, to William Kendall and Arlene Wright. She had been married to Steven M. Lilly for 38 years. Cindy worked as a bookkeeper for Bayshore National Bank, First Community, and Texans Citizens until retirement.
At an early age, she had a love for dance, roller skating, and swimming. Later in her life, she had an appreciation for the outdoors. She spent a lot of time in West Texas with her family and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Kendall, mother Arlene Johnson, and stepfather Marvin Johnson, brother Billy, and sister Kathy. She is survived by her husband, Steven, and two sons, Michael and Matthew, daughter in law Kaylea, and two granddaughters, Avery and Lexie.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Hand, Hoof, and Heart or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
