Dearon James Bailey, 97 of Deer Park, Texas passed away February 1, 2019. He was born in Uvalde, Texas on July 5, 1921 to Mr. and Mrs. BF Bailey. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Audrey; daughter, Deborah Washburn; parents, Mr. and Mrs. BF Bailey; brother, Clifton Bailey and sister Frankie Brantley. He is survived by daughter, Jennifer Smith and husband Clyde; son, Jimmy Bailey and wife Kathleen; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tiffany, Charles, Laura, Sarah, Vickie, Stephen, Michael, Laura and Christian; great grandchildren, Bailey, Christian, Elise, Wyatt, Dalton, Kiara, Hamilton, Elizabeth, Mayhew, Layla, Sky, Cheyenne, Dakota and Corie; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Dearon Bailey was known for his talent in oil painting. He loved to travel with his wife, Audrey, to places like Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, and different States, often through the church. Hunting deer was one of his passions, especially if camping or "roughing it" was part of the fun. He was always conscientious of the needs of others and lent a helping hand whenever he could. He loved the Lord and always tried to display Christian values as reflection of his love for Jesus.
