She was born May 29, 1932, in La Feria, Texas to Manuel & Simona Longoria. Married to Thomas Castillo Sr., December 13, 1953 and had 5 beautiful children.
Her interests included family, cooking, fishing, giving, sewing and reading. She devoted much of her time and energy spending time being a wonderful mommy, granny, sister, aunt, friend. Our Family is very Thankful and blessed to have had this very special woman in our life Without this women our legacy couldn’t be possible. We have this beautiful life and big loving family. This legacy she has created consists of her 5 children, 23 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
Dora Perez is survived by her sisters, Lala Escobar, Mary Jimnez ; brothers, Richard Longoria, Manuel Longoria, Robert Longoria and Ernie Longoria; sons; Thomas Castillo Jr., David Castillo. Daughters; Clara Campos, Diana Salinas and Sylvia Martinez; and 23 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren.
