

Left to cherish the memories are his loving and forever devoted wife, Debra Cleland; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Jonathan Scott of Humble; three (step)sons that he raised as his own - Lloyd (wife Beth) Wilbanks of League City, William (Travis) Moody of League City, and Preston (Tucker) Moody of Pasadena; two grandchildren he adored - Bishop Scott and Sophi Moody; father, George Cleland of Houston; father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Eunice Rollins of New Caney; brother and sister-in-law, David and Linda Cleland of Woodville; sister, Diana Best of Houston; sisters-in-law, Sherilyn Burgess of College Station, Cathleen Flaniken of Houston, and Carol McCann of Conroe, as well as ten nieces and nephews. Welcoming him to his heavenly home with loving arms are his mother, June Milbourn Cleland, and his first grandson, Ashtun Moody.
Doug will always be remembered for his easy going nature, his love of “going to the woods”, and his resourcefulness.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like a donation to be made in Doug's name to the American Heart Assosation.
Visitation and reception to be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy., Pasadena, Texas.
