

Gary Wayne Ingram was born on June 3, 1950 in Houston, Texas to parents Luther Frederick Ingram and Livie Ruth Haynes Ingram, who both preceded him in death. He was the third of three children. Gary lived in the Pasadena-Deer Park area all of his life. He attended school at Bailey Elementary, Southmore Junior High, and Sam Rayburn High School. After graduation, Gary began a career as a musician and was the owner /manager of Pasadena Boat Storage for the last 40 years.
Gary's career as a musician was lived to the fullest. He loved music and playing the drums. Gary loved ALL music. He played in several bands including The Sound Investment, Hope of Glory, Blackie and the Bullets, Mama's Boys, and The Not Guilty Band. Tennis was another activity Gary enjoyed and he played a good game at the Bay Area Racquet Club. As a native of Pasadena/Deer Park and local business man, Gary was a long time committee man and sponsor with the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Most important of all, Gary was a man of Christian faith and was all about family. Gary married his wife Beverly on September 14, 1991 at Banks Wedding Chapel. He was a member of Central Baptist Church of Deer Park. Gary loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He loved them deeply.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents and brother Karl Frederick Ingram. His family members left here to treasure his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Beverly; daughter Jennifer Sweezy; son Ryan Sweezy and wife Melissa; grandsons Jaxson Woolsey, Drake Sweezy and Luke Sweezy; brother Richard Ingram and wife Jeri; nieces Kristina Chambers and husband Tim, Kimberly Murphy and husband Tom; great nieces and nephews Cody and wife Sierra, Kaylee, Christopher, Corey, and Chloe.
