

He was born May 8, 1927 in Toronto, Ohio, the son of the late John and Mary Adams.
He was the youngest of seven siblings. He is preceded in death by first wife Leona Adams and second wife Gladys Adams and granddaughter Tara Adams.
George served in the U.S. Navy as a Water Tender, 3rd Class and fought in both
WWII and the Korean War. He moved to Texas in 1966 with his family and was
employed by Anheuser Busch soon after where he retired in 1989. He was a proud
member of the Teamster's Union. His contributions to Don's Drive-In are legendary.
Mr. Adams is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cass and Sonny Peet of Porter, Tx; son and daughter-in-law, George and Barbara Adams of Pasadena, Tx; son and daughter-in-law, Tuz and Nancy Adams of Crosby, Tx, son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Diane Adams of Hanahan, SC, stepdaughter and son-in-law Susan and Steve Wisneski of Houston, TX, stepson Arthur Stell of Galveston,Tx and his beloved niece, Michelle Adams of Canton, OH, along with all the rest of his Ohio family. His grandchildren, Charlie, John, Vann, Jennifer, Bryan, Kathleen, Daniel and Caitlin along with his 7 great grandchildren will love him forever. His friends meant the absolute world to him, and he truly enjoyed their laughter and good natured kidding. His pup Cleo was his partner in crime.
We will all miss his sharp wit and genuine love, the redheads will miss his irresistable charm.
At George's request, he did not want a formal service and asked that you donate to the charity of your choice in his name.
