Gerie Lynn Renzelman

Born on May 28, 1945, in Pasadena California, Gerie lived a life centered on love, family, and the simple joys that brought people together. She spent many years working as an executive secretary for Bar-S Foods, where she was known for her dedication and quiet strength.

Gerie found happiness in life’s little pleasures—shopping, especially for the perfect pair of shoes, playing Mahjong with her dear friends, and baking cupcakes for special occasions that brought smiles to those she loved. Her greatest joy, however, was her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, holding a special place in her heart for each of them.

She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her warmth, and the love she gave so freely. Her presence was a steady comfort, and her memory will continue to live on in the lives she touched.

Gerie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helen Siler; her sister, Roberta Siler; her son, Grayson Renzelman; her granddaughter, Angel Leigh Evans; and her beloved cat, Shadow.

She is survived by her sister, Susie Rutherford and husband Robert; her daughter, Marcie Evans and husband Kevin; her son, Tim Renzelman and wife Felicia; her daughter-in-law, Danielle Renzelman, her favorite niece, Michelle Lenderman and husband Dalk; her grandchildren, Damon Figueroa, Nathan Figueroa, Robert Figueroa, Lindsay Renzelman, Kelsay Perrone, Bailey Johnson, Shelby Renzelman-Brum, and Tristan Renzelman; and her great-grandchildren, Landry, Sophia, Aliyah, Wrenley, Ellie, Paisley, Nataley, Ivy, Judy, and Matthew.

Though her absence leaves a profound void, her love remains a guiding light for all who knew her.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, US, on April 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, US, on April 25, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505, US, on April 25, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
