Joe Sam Wilkins, Sr., founder of Joe Sam’s Fun Shop in Pasadena, Texas, went to be with his Maker December 21, 2014. He was born May 9, 1925 in Kemp, Texas. He was a WWII veteran and served his country proudly. He was involved in many organizations and charities in the community. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, son, Joe Sam Jr. and his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Wiess and husband Jerry; son, Bobby Wilkins and wife Sheila; grandchildren, Chanda Conway and husband Brian, Kimberly Trammell and husband Justin; great grandchildren, Braylon, Kaylee and Karissa. Visitation will be Friday, December 26, 2014 from 5PM to 7PM at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 2PM at Grand View Funeral Home.
