

Born December 24, 1924; died peacefully February 12, 2014. He is survived by son John L. Beeson lll of Dayton, son Steve Beeson and wife Sandi of Katy, and daughter Bunny Beeson of Deer Park. Also; His very special friend Alma Farley of Huffman. He also leaves behind 2 nieces and many grandchildren and great grandchildren to remember his love and kindness.
He served his country in the US Navy during WW ll. He married Opal Adams December 1946 and enjoyed a wonderful marriage until her death in 2006. He was employed at the Shell Deer Park complex from 1949 until retirement in 1988. He had a passion for fishing and gardening that he passed on to his children. He was blessed to have travelled to many interesting and beautiful destinations during his retirement. His devotion to family his entire life was only rivaled by his love for Jesus Christ. He truly believed in loving everyone as commanded by his savior.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Grand View Funeral Home on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Grand View Funeral Home. A reception and lunch for everyone will be held in the chapel after the service. The family would be very pleased if everybody would attend and join in the remembrances of his life.
