John Louis Beeson III

The viewing will be held from 4pm to 8pm on January 2nd, Funeral Services begin at 10 am on January 3rd 2017 at Grand View Funeral Home with Brian Lambert of Clearpoint Church officiating. Burial to follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery.

John was born in Houston Texas to John and Opal Beeson on August 2, 1946. He graduated from Deer Park High School and later completed his bachelor’s degree from University of St. Thomas and also served in the Army. He worked as an API inspector and retired from Petro Chem Inspection Services in 2014. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He loved cooking, gardening and was always sharing his “secret” recipes to anyone wanting to learn. He had a strong personal relationship with God and was an active member at his church.

John is preceded in death by John Beeson Jr., father, Opal Beeson, mother, and Carol Beeson, wife.

He is survived by Anelya Beeson, daughter, Sandy Riden, daughter, Todd Reaves, son, Russell Reaves, son, Bunny Beeson, sister, Steve Beeson, brother and Raynie Farrow and Jordan Riden, grandchildren.
