She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Randall Neumann. She is survived by her daughter, Linda and husband Ken Kennedy; sons, Bart Jowers and Chuck Neumann; grandchildren, Caitlynn Kennedy, Kyle Kennedy, Sandra Jo Foss and Mary Ann Wright; 2 sisters, Mary Jo Shelton and Emma Lee Malone; Niece, Kimberly Stetson and several other nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday, March 17, 2014 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 10 am in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2013 at 12:30 pm at Mt.
