Leonard Edward Walla, 91, of Deer Park, Texas passed away in Pasadena. He was born May 26, 1929 in Plum, Texas to John B. and Anna Frances (Vacula) Walla. He was very proud of his service to his country when he served in the United States Army. He enjoyed music, playing steel guitar and harmonica. He was very active in his church, St. Hyacinth Catholic Church, a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his children, Laurie Reho and Michael Walla; his sister, Marian Rogge and husband, Lee and is preceded in death by his wife who passed in August of 2011, Laura A. Walla; his parents, John and Anna Walla; 2 brothers, John F. and Frank P. Walla; sister, Margaret Mayne and brother-in-law, Pete Mayne along with sister in law, Lillian Walla and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
