Manly E. McCain

Manly E. McCain, Sr. of Deer Park, Texas passed away peacefully on April 26, 2017 in Pasadena, Texas. Manly was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and family member. He retired from the United States Airforce after twenty one years, then worked at a local plant for another twenty plus years.

Manly is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Lucy McCain, sister Veda Yeager, and brothers Guion, Archie, Ray, L.C., and Davis McCain. Still surviving are sisters Doris Fodrie, Mary Jane Kobel and husband Eugene, brothers Troy McCain, E. L. and wife Della. Manly is also survived by his loving and devoted wife of 61 years Juanita McCain, and their 2 sons. A son Manly E. and wife Jean McCain; their children Nicholas Helzer, Holly O’Neal and husband Brad and their children Abby, Ben and Emmie. A son Bradley Lewis and wife Debbie McCain; their children Chad McCain, Mitchell McCain, Matthew and his wife Shannon McCain, and Maddie Chambers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews

A visitation for family and friends will be Monday, May 1, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. A service to celebrate his life will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with Pastor Drew Super and Pastor Ernest Weedon officiating. Concluding services Manly will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park with honors provided by the United States Air Force.
