

Marshall Ray Wells, 75, was born on February 16, 1938 and passed away on August 22, 2013, in Pasadena, TX. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Marshall is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Wells and son, Phil Chapman. The loving family left to mourn this loss includes his sister, Shirley Yoakum; son, Timothy Wells; daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany Wells Meadows and Josh Meadows; grandchildren, Ashleigh and Chase Wells as well as many close friends.
Marshall spent the greater part of his life in the Pasadena area working as an electrician for Shell Oil Company and retired after 35 years. He loved going to casinos to play the slot machines and frequently played poker with friends. Marshall was also a member of the American Quarter Horse Association who raised and trained race horses most of his adult life, as such was his passion. He was always a man of few words. Marshall was also the most generous person anyone could ever know and he had a very kind heart.
His family asks you to join them in the Celebration of Life that will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2013, from 3-5 pm for a viewing at Grand View Funeral Home followed by services on Monday, August 26, 2013, at 10 am in The Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home.
