Martha Gene Russom, age 76, of Hockley, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Martha was born November 5, 1944. She was a loving and caring lady who loved her family, very active in her church, sang in the choir and worked as a teller in the banking industry. She is survived by her son, Robert Russom and wife, Annette; grandchildren, Erica Russom, Emily Russom (Thorns) and Issac Russom; great-grandchildren, Issac Russom, Jr. , Aniyah George, Leyla Russom, Ezra James Russom and Mia Russom and is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers and sisters.
A visitation for Martha will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM. A committal service will occur Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
Serving as pallbearers will be Issac Russom, Mike Jackson, Kenrick Butler, Augustine Vasquez, David Kirby, Mario Congora and Eric Hindman and John Hindman as honorary pallbearers.
