

Patsy was born on September 27, 1940, in Wilson, Oklahoma. A short time later the family moved to a farm 4 miles west and a half a mile west of Comanche, Oklahoma. She attended Willow Point Elementary through the eighth grade and then transferred to Comanche High School where she graduated in 1958 with honors. She and David W Camp of Comanche, Oklahoma were united in Marriage August 2, 1958. She was employed in the Norman National Bank while David attended Oklahoma University. She Was a Christian attending the Church of Christ where she resided. Patsy was an outstanding seamstress, with state recognition of her talent and made most of David's suits. She and David were blessed with three wonderful children. As a dedicated homemaker, she lovingly raised her family in Deer Park, Texas, her home for over 60 years, while providing unwavering support to David throughout his career with NASA. She was very active in the community such as PTA, Drill team leadership, church activities such as vacation bible school. She also went back to work to keep her busy in retail and personnel office support. She also continued to sew making children's clothes, wedding and evening gowns. In addition to that she found time to travel with her husband to many international and stateside locations.
She was preceded in death by her Parents George and Jewel Zwingle, her brother Bobby Zwingle, her sister Mary Johnson and son in law Todd Mobley and one grandchild by marriage.
She is survived by her husband David Camp, her three children Tyma Mobley, Timothy Camp and wife Tracy, and Darren Camp and wife Tami. 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren by marriage and a very special adopted brother and sister Roslyn and Michael Cacciottri.
Patsy loved people and never met a stranger, and she had a loving smile for everyone she met that was special and unforgettable.
