Peggy Joyce Hutto, 77, of Pearland, TX passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018. She was born in Houston, TX on January 30, 1941 to Sellars Pittman and Ruth Penton. She worked as a Chemical Operator first for Used Tool then for Solutia. Peggy had a passion for her grandkids and shopping and was a member of the Solutia Retiree Club.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patty Ann Smith; parents, Sellars and Ruth; sisters, Penny Hughes and Eileen Darby. She is survived by her significant other, Bobby Almendarez; son, Anthony Wayne Hutto; grandchildren, Tabitha Joyce Whiteman, Justin Tate Smith, Jaxen Wayne Hutto, Raymond Whiteman and Emmett Whiteman; her sister, Patricia Hubbard and her family.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505. Peggy’s Celebration of Life will follow on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 10:00am in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 1:00pm at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598.
