Phyllis Ann Westmoreland, 60, of Pasadena, Texas passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017. She was born March 29, 1957 to Joyce and John Winkle. Phyllis was a hard worker and loving person. She had close relationships with many from her work family. Her presence brought peace every where she went. She has been an active life long member of Monument Baptist Church. Phyllis could be found on Tuesdays with her friends bowling. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She is proceeded in death by her Father, John Winkle, Mother, Joyce Winkle, and Sister-in-law Diane Winkle. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved Husband, Matt Westmoreland of Pasadena, Brother Doug Winkle of Pasadena, Daughter, Ashley Kyle of Clear Lake, Son, Bradley Kyle and many other family and friends.
