Randal “Randy” Paul Carter, 59, passed away on February 16, 2014 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born on July 13, 1954 in Panama City, Florida to Lonnie Carter and June Monette Lowery Carter who precedes him in death. He was a resident of Deer Park, Texas for 28 years. Randy is survived by his wife of 30 years, Robbie Carter; son, Shaun Hewitt of Panama City, Florida; daughter, Lacey Hewitt Bond of Foley, Alabama; 2 brothers, Ross Carter and his wife Ronda, Ronald Carter and his wife Tessa; 3 sisters, Sandi Carter, Deborah Plowman and her husband Warren, Pamela Zieto and her husband Ken; 2 nieces, Heather Carter and Jennifer Carter; 2 nephews, Shannon Carter and Jeffrey Carter and his wife Tiffiny; 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Grand View Funeral Home on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Friday, February 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with Reverend Orlin McClain officiating.
