Our most sincere condolences to Romana, Juanita Michelle, Rae Lynn, and Samantha Dawn for the loss of their loving husband and father, and my cousin, Rey.  I remember as a kid in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, visiting, with my family, my Tia Juanita. Though five years younger than I, Rey always hung around with us when his brother Reymundo and I played.

I still remember all of the games that Rey was at all the time. What a great man he was! Lots and lots of wonderful moments and memories remembered by each of you.

So sorry to hear of Rey's passing.  It was always comforting to me to know Rey was next door to Mom and Dad and would help if needed. Daddy thought so much of Rey.  He is surely going to be missed. My prayer so out to all your family. Betty Carpenter

I am sorry for the loss of your loved one.  I will always remember him as Junior because that is what I called him when growing up in Laredo.  There are no words I can say to help the grieve the family is are going threw, but only time will help some and always remember the wonderful memories you had with Rey (Junior).

Roma, Juanita, Rae Lynn and Sam, I know that alot of people are going to miss Rey, but not as much as you all because he was the core of your family, El Rey de la casa. You knew him better than anybody else and loved him so much and he adored you all. He was a great husband and wonderful father, and that I know not because he told me but because I saw it in his eyes and in his actions towards you all! Always being there for all of you, he was a great man that leaves his legacy of a well rounded family, love you guys!
