Roberta Ann Carter went to her heavenly home on November 17, 2015. She was born on September 6, 1959 and was immediately adopted by James and Nell Wallace who both preceded her in death. She was married to the late Randall Carter of Deer Park, Texas.
Robbie is survived by her children, Lacy Bond of Crestview, Florida and Shaun Hewitt of Panama City, Florida.
She was most proud of her work in the health field as a customer care coordinator for the elderly and disabled. She worked hard all her life until her health failed her. She spent her last days in the company of her service dog Sir Alvin who she loved dearly.
Visitation will be held on Monday November 23, 2015 starting at 12:00 noon with funeral services at 2:00 pm at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, Texas 77505.
