Ronnie spent his growing up years in New Orleans and the surrounding area. He moved to Houston with his family in 1961, living on the south side of town. He attended Manor Assembly of God, enjoying the fellowship of a church family.
After the death of his father in 1974, he began his residence at Pasadena Care Center, where he resided until his passing. Some of his favorite activities were to listen to southern gospel music and never missing the game show-“The Price is Right”.
The joy of his life was attending services at Faith Christian Center. He loved to play his guitar and encourage Pastor McDuff as he preached. His joyful love for Jesus always shone through his face. We won’t really know how many lives he influenced for the cause of Christ until we get to Heaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents-Charles and Nellie Trog and his Brother-in-law-William Alexander
He is survived by his brother-Garry and wife Dorothy Trog; brother-Norman Trog; sister-Nancy Alexander; brother Keith and wife Robyn Trog and his Aunt Francis Carnley, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
