He is survived by his wife, Lena Payne Cole; son, Kevin Cole and wife, Kristi Cole; grandsons, Kaden Cole and Kason Cole; sister, Judy Cole Franklin and husband, Jon Franklin; brother, Donald E. Cole; and mother, Audrey E. Cole.
Stan was a graduate of The University of Houston and the "Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management," fostering his life-long enjoyment of cooking. He was an Eagle Scout, and went with his troop to the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. He was an avid fisherman, loved family camping, and riding his
Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Stan recently retired after a thirty-four year career with ExxonMobil Pipeline.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 12 at Grandview Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy.; Pasadena, TX 77505. Visitation 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.; Service is at 2:00 p.m.
