Steven Wayne Farley Sr. peacefully passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 77. Born in Galveston, Texas on February 23, 1949 to Elmer and Mary Etta Farley, Steve was raised in a loving and close-knit family that valued hard work and carried a deep faith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Amy; his children, Steve Jr. Farley, Cody Farley, Melissa Thompson, Damian Tran, Anthony Tran, and their spouses; his 13 grandchildren; his sister Vicky Farley, and many nieces and nephews.
Over the years, Steve built a life centered on family, faith, hard work, and service to his community. He opened a tool service based business in La Porte, Texas and later passed the leadership onto his sons, Steve Jr. and Cody. He found great joy in spending time with his children, grandchildren, and cherished his life-long friendships.
Steve had a great love for the outdoors and was an avid hunter, motorcyclist, and member of the Corvette Car Club. He will be greatly missed by family and friends alike.
