Tina Gonzales Zuniga passed away on April 3, 2010 in Pasadena, Texas at the age of 43. She was born in Denver General Hospital on August 18, 1966 in Denver, Colorado. Tina has resided in Pasadena for the last 10 years and worked in the restaurant business since relocating to Pasadena. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend. Tina especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
Tina is preceded in death by her father, Rodney Blas Brionez; grandmother and grandfather Lute and Eddie Gonzales. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 16 years, Mark Zuniga; daughter, Sasha Perez and her husband Antonio; son, Gary Zuniga; grandchildren, Amaya and Noah Perez; her mother, Margaret Gonzales; and sisters, Jackie Valle, and Diana Leyba. Nieces and nephews Danielle, Dion, Jesse Valle, Steven Leyba, Louis, Carlos, Joel, and David Balderas. She will be greatly missed and remembered.
The family will receive friends for visitation between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 on Monday, April 5, 2010 at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy. Pasadena, TX 77505. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 9:30 in The Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with interment to follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
