Warren was from Vinton, Louisiana. He graduated from Vinton High School in 1957 and earned a B.S. degree in Forestry from McNeese University in 1962. He went to work for Shell Chemical Deer Park retiring after 31 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves for 6 years.
Warren was predeceased in death by his parents. Ross and Jessie Foster and his sister, Keitha Rodgers.
Warren is survived by his wife, Barbara of 49 years, his daughters, Michelle Large and Kimberly Helton and four grandchildren, Emily and Travis Helton, Tyler and Brandon Large and niece Rona Fossati and nephew Kirk Rodgers.
A memorial service will be held at Grandview Funeral Home Chapel located at 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, Texas on Friday, September 9, 2016. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:00am and service will follow at 11:00AM
