Wilhard Tauno Kangas, beloved father and husband, passed on to be with Our Lord on Sunday, December 15, 2013. Living to be "94 years young", he is survived by his wife, Ursula, his three sons, Don, Paul, and Edward, his daughter, Laura, and more than two dozen grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He worshiped in the Lutheran Church all of his life, was an avid golfer into his 80s, served to full retirement in the Navy Reserves, and worked as a Tool and Die maker, among many other specialty crafts, with John Hopkins, and IBM.
At the time of his death, he had relocated from his home in Lake Worth, FL to the home of his daughter in Pasadena, TX.
We all miss him but know that he was "ready" to go and be with His Lord.
