On Saturday, June 11, 2022, William (Pug) Horace Bush Jr, loving father of two children and grandfather of 2 grandchildren, passed away at the age of 70. Pug was born February 19, 1952 in Jackson Mississippi to William Horace Bush and Thelma (Smith) Bush.
Pug was retired after a long and successful career at Dixie Pipe sales. Pug was an avid American history buff. His vacations were spent traveling to different monuments and historical sites with his lifelong friend Lance McKenzie. When he wasn’t traveling his time was spent fishing, working on restoring his two classic Chevy trucks (Detroit iron rules!) or creating sceneries for his model trains. He was a lifelong Astros fan, loved dogs, and most of all loved good old classic rock music. He was as loyal as they come and will be remembered for his infectious belly laugh.
Pug was proceeded in death by his parents and brother William Howard Bush. He is survived by his son James Bush (DIL Chelsea) , daughter Nicole Nolan (SIL Ryan), and grandchildren Connor and Emmy.
Services will be held Friday 2pm at Grand View funeral home in Deer Park.
