William R. “Randy” George, 72, passed away after a long illness on June 28,2022. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Laura, 2 daughters, Shanna Taylor and Bobbie (David) Payton, and 2 Step-children, Stephen (Lauren) Bailow and Dawn (York) Swanson.
He is also survived by 2 Grandsons, Jack (Trey) Taylor III and Jason Payton, 4 Step-grandsons, 4 Step-granddaughters and 9 Great Grand Children.
Randy is an Army Vietnam Veteran. He served in the 1st Cav as a helicopter door gunner and crew chief. Randy is a member of American Legion Post #521 and the 40 & 8 Voiture #163, and a former volunteer of the Pasadena Fire Department.
He will be missed by all of his love ones and friends.
A memorial service will be held on July 30, 2022 at 4:00 pm at the American Legion Post#521, located at 2221 Preston Ave, Pasadena, TX.
