William Thomas (Tommy) Shannon, 94, of Deer Park, Texas, peacefully passed away on November 29, 2022. He was born in Scotts Hill, Tennessee on July 28, 1928 to his loving parents William Alfred Shannon and Arie Creasy Shannon.
