Willie was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose greatest joy came from caring for those he loved.
Willie leaves to cherish his memory his former wife, beloved friend, and mother of his children, Anna Brown; his children Audra Crawford-Lemons(Tyrone); Allen Rashun Crawford(Shaniece); and Jessica Ann Crawford; his one and only granddaughter Kamryn Aliana Crawford affectionately known and called by her Paw-Paw, “Kammi!” His Goddaughter Tiffany Vialva; his “Special Niece,” Shantea Crawford-Nelson; his siblings, Routina Shepherd, Elouise Mitchell, and Claudia Jason; a host of nieces and nephews, and his dear cousin Pastor James Smith of Gibsland, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Claudia Crawford; his beloved children, Jackie Denise Crawford and Ricky Rashun Crawford; brother, Willie Lofton; sisters Margaret Wooten, Charlene Cooper, Eunice Smith, and Niecy Jones.
Although our hearts are saddened by such a great and sudden loss, we find strength in knowing his life and legacy will live on through those who loved him.
Visitation will be held at Bayshore Baptist Church, 11315 Spencer Hwy, La Porte, Texas 77571, on August 22, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at Bayshore Baptist Church on August 22, 2026, at 11:00 am. Immediately following, he will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, Texas 77505.
