Annie Pearl Davis Collins story is one of giving, thankfulness and love. Her story began in the town of Bartlett, Texas on November 5,1940. She was born to the union of the late Robert L. and Vera Davis. She was the oldest of eight children.
She attended schools in Bartlett, Williamson County, Texas where she later graduated from Bartlett High. She also attended and graduated from college of cosmetology in San Antonio, Texas.
Annie Pearl Davis Collins worked as a hair stylist for years before she went on to work as a retail associate were she later retired.
Annie Pearl Davis Collins confessed Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev. R. M. White at Holy Temple COGIC in Bartlett, Texas. After moving to Austin, Texas she became a member of McKinnley Heights GOGIC under the leadership of Rev. R. A. Grant. After which she later became a member of Mims Chapel COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Michael Mims. Where she served as the Mother of the Church as well as an usher.
She married the late Aubrey Lee Collins on April 30,1960, and had one daughter (Yvonne Collins).

She is survived by her only child, Yvonne Collins, four siblings, Robert Davis (Alice Davis), Mary F. Walker (Timothy Walker, sr.), Sarah Shelton (Lee Shelton), Nathanial Davis (Anna Davis), along with a host of family, and friends.
