A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at New Life Austin located at 3200 Century Park Blvd, Austin, TX 78727. Cecilia will then be laid to rest in Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
