On May 22, 1959, Jesse married the love of his life, Ruby Laverne Hollis, and together they spent 68 blessed and wonderful years together. They raised two sons, David Troy Ross and Kenneth Mark Ross.
Jesse is survived by his family, wife, Laverne, two sons David and Mark; one grandson, Chad Ross; granddaughters, Amanda, Crystal, and Jessie; two great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters; and his sister, Lisa Sue Ross.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 5:00-7:00pm at Cook-Walden Capital Parks, Pflugerville. The funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 2:00pm with committal to follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks, Pflugerville.
