She also was a parishioner of San Francisco Javier Catholic Church, a member of Society for St. Vincent De Paul for 13 years and recently was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church. She also helped establish and was the Secretary from 2002-2004 as well as the President from 2004-2006 of Siempre Amigos, Inc. which was a non-profit organization which assisted many students in obtaining college Scholarships funds for AISD. Lupe’s other hobbies were taking many gambling trips to Las Vegas, NV and Winstar, in Thackerville, OK playing her share of slot machines. She loved to watch YouTube videos with the love of her life and Word-Find Booklets. There were many times you would see her love Ray with a word find book in his hand, my sister and I thought he was also loving to work them as well, but it turned out, he was her knight and shining armor, only locating the words that were too difficult for her to find.
