Alvar is survived by his spouse, Brenda Guerra; son Alvar Emanuel Guerra; son Alan Isaias Guerra; father Alvaro Guerra and mother Sonia Guerra; sister Rocio Guerra Orellana and brother Walter Ivan Guerra.
Alvar was preceded in death by his grandparents: Angel Guerra, Aurelia Garcia, Jose Lauriano Guajardo and Maria del Socorro Cantu.A visitation for Alvar will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 9:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A burial will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
