Ana Giles

Born on December 2, 1966, Ana was the beloved daughter of Ana Young and the late Jose Luis Martinez. From a young age, Ana’s caring nature shone brightly, leading her to pursue a lifelong career in nursing. A proud graduate of South Texas College (STC), she dedicated her life to caring for others with compassion, skill, and gentle grace touching countless lives through her work.

Ana built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. She cherished her family deeply and found her greatest joy in her roles as a devoted daughter, loving mother, and adoring grandmother.

She is survived by her loving mother, Ana Young, and her children: Ana Lopez, Tina Wisdom, Gabriella Becerra, and Daniel Giles. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Jesus Lopez Jr., Antonio Lopez, Isabella Lopez, Vienna Becerra, Sabrina Wisdom, and Serina Wisdom.

Ana’s memory will live on in the hearts of her sisters, Naomi Yerena and Tanya Gutierrez.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Luis Martinez, her brothers, Arturo Martinez and Jose Luis Martinez Jr., her nephew, Celso Martinez, and her stepfather, Ralph Crowley.

In her final days, Ana was surrounded by the love of her family and was able to share her goodbyes with her friends and former colleagues. Her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Ana’s presence will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
