Brenda’s life was marked by a steady warmth and a generous spirit—qualities felt in the quiet ways she showed care, offered patience, and extended compassion to others. Through seasons that required resilience, she met life with faith and a persevering heart, carrying herself with grace and a sincere concern for those around her.
Creativity was one of Brenda’s enduring gifts. She expressed it through her love of making arts and crafts by creating custom cards, like invitations and birthday cards. As an artist, finding joy in drawing and in the thoughtful details that made her work uniquely her own. She especially loved drawing cats, butterflies, dragonflies, and elephants, and she delighted in collecting items that reflected those favorites—small treasures that spoke to her bright eye and joyful spirit.
In school, Brenda shared her voice as a member of the choir, forming friendships that lasted well beyond those early years. Those who sang alongside her remained close, a lasting testament to the kind-hearted presence she brought into the lives of others. Alongside her sincerity and devotion, Brenda also carried a gentle humor—an easy, welcome lightness that could lift a moment and bring comfort where it was needed most. She was also a member of non-profit organizations that helped others in her community.
Brenda is survived by her sisters Soledad Flores (Edmundo L.) and Rosie Teran; her brother Erasmo Teran II (Maria Del Carmen); and her nieces and nephews: Shelby (Jorge), Gabriel, Nathan, James, Erasmo III, and June.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Erasmo and Dolores Teran.
Brenda Teran will be remembered for the love she gave freely, the faith that steadied her, and the joy and kindness she brought into everyday life. Especially the love she had and shared for her nieces and nephews. Her memory will remain a lasting blessing to all who mourn her and honor her life.
