Carmen Villegas

Carmen was a strong willed, free spirited, caring person, she enjoyed volunteering at her church and helped at the food bank and devoted her time helping the community. She loved and cherished her grandchildren and enjoyed giving them snacks and was described as a very sharing, caring humble and independent person. She loved shopping and dressing up. She will be greatly missed by her family and the many that knew her.

Carmen is survived by her loving children; Luz Virginia Casas (Enrique); Nora Elva Rocha; Gricelda Rocha De Cuellar; Bianca De La Rosa (Margarito); and Daysi Carmen Hall (Jonathan); her siblings; Rosario Villegas, Luis Villegas, Cruz Villegas and Javier Villegas.

Carmen was preceded in death by 3 children; Julio Cesar Rocha, Georgina Rocha and Juan Martinez; her parents; Julia Pavola and Simon Villegas; her siblings; Rogaciano Trejo; Felix Trejo; Matilde Trejo; Maria Villegas; Leonor Villegas and Luz Villegas.

Ms. Villegas also leaves 27 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren to cherish her sweet memory.

A visitation for Carmen will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley, Pharr, TX. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 12:00 PM. A burial will occur Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens, Pharr, TX.
