E Marie Emrich

She has resided in Pharr, TX since 2016 relocating from Muskegon, MI after retiring from a long career in purchasing. Marie also lived in LaGrange, IN for 24 years, raising her children with Jim Hendrix and holding similar positions for Sealed Power. She was active in the Lions Club International and a past president of the Muskegon Northside Lions Club, and District Cabinet Treasurer/Secretary. Marie was treasurer for the Mendenhall Family Association and active in the retirement community in Texas, where she first started spending winters after retiring in 2005.

Survivors include her husband John W. Emrich of Pharr, TX; two children, Alicia (David) Kurtz of Cape Coral, FL, and Jimmy Hendrix of Kendallville, IN; two step-children, Jonni M. Emrich of San Diego, CA and Kristin S. Emrich of Blooming Prairie, MN; five grandchildren, Krista (Ryan) Miller of Wolcottville, IN, Conor Kennedy of Wolcottville, IN, Andrew (Chelsea) Hendrix of Rome City, IN, Rachel Snater of Austin, MN, and Ryan Emrich of Mesa, AZ; Great Grandchildren Trae Himes, Dominick Krantz, Andy Hendrix, Kynslee Kennedy, Eve Snater, and Violet Hendrix; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mearl Watson, and brothers Tom of Mongo, IN; Bill, of St. Louis, MO; Mike of St.Louis, MO; and sisters Nellie Johnson of Poplar Bluff, MO, and Mary Clementz of St. Louis, MO.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
