He is survived by his loving wife, Carmen G. Villanueva; his children, Joel Adrian Villanueva and Norma Lisa Villanueva. He is also survived by his siblings, Catalina V. Palacios, Margarita V. Rios and Seferino Villanueva.
He was a caring and loving husband, father and brother who will be dearly missed. We'll remember him as a great man who had a rich voice, hearty laugh, and warm embrace.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 9, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a service at 1 p.m. at Palm Valley Funeral Home Chapel of Remembrance in Pharr.
Interment to follow at San Juan City Cemetery in San Juan. Full Military Honors will be conducted by VFW Post 8788 of McAllen.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Palm Valley Funeral Home of Pharr.
