Exemplary neighbor along with his beautiful family. I had the honor to share the same neighborhood few years ago. We had the opportunity to enjoy his BBQ meals. I witnessed how much he cared for his family; always showing support to his daughters with school activities. I would see the Vargas Family leave for school field trips and competitions together frequently. Mr. Vargas was certainly a great father and husband. He was always very protective and he would look up for his neighbors as well. We are sending our prayers for his family and for his new journey to heaven.

Tio, contributed to many of my childhood memories. Always picking me & Zay up every summer. Taking us to 6 flags, Fiesta Texas, the beach, Schlitterbahn, colleges, good eats, & more. Tio always made us feel welcomed & very much loved. He supported me & gave me kind wise words. He always smelt so good hehe. I hold on to that smell & the sound of his voice in my head. He made the best BBQ 😋 You’re lucky if you ever tried. Tio made his family so proud. I admired his relationship with my beautiful cousins 💜 I love you. I will see you in Paradise 🤍
