

Juan conoció al amor de su vida, Angélica, y pasaron 47 años juntos. Construyeron su familia, de la cual estaban muy orgullosos, y su mayor bendición eran sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos. Juan, dedico su vida a trabajar, amar, y hacer feliz a su amada familia. Fue un gran esposo y padre, un ejemplo a seguir. El disfrutaba de ir de casería, trabajar en su jardín, coleccionar cuchillos y las reuniones familiares donde no podían faltar las clásicas carnes asadas y las Bud Light’s bien frías. Todas las mañanas se deleitaba con su taza de café y un gansito. Juan será inmensamente extrañado por su familia y amigos.
Angélica era una mujer con principios de familia, y su mayor motivación fueron exactamente ellos. Los domingos eran dedicados a la familia en reuniones y por la noche hablar con su hermana por teléfono. Al igual que su esposo, ella disfrutaba de las carnes asadas y su sazón único para cocinar un delicioso Cabrito nunca será igualado. Una de sus mayores bendiciones fue convertirse en abuela y bisabuela de 13 nietos y 3 bisnietos. En su tiempo libre disfrutaba de ver novelas, jugar lotería e ir a las "maquinitas". Angélica fue una madre y esposa amorosa cuya personalidad única será recordada para siempre y extrañada mucho.
Juan y Angélica eran personas buenas y amables, personas que para siempre serán recordadas por sus familiares y amigos como personas bondadosas y generosas, que fueron partes vitales de sus vidas. Juan y Angélica dejan un legado de amistades de por vida y muchos recuerdos especiales. Todos aquellos cuya vida tocaron siempre recordarán a Juan Guadalupe y Angélica Rodríguez.
Le sobreviven con profundo dolor sus hijos, Cesar (Alma Delia) Rodriguez, Maria (Quirino) Tijerina, Nancy (Adrian) Cantu, y Daissy (Pedro) Martinez.
Una visita para Juan y Angélica se llevará a cabo el domingo, 30 de agosto de 2020, de 12:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m. con un rosario a las 2:00 p.m., en Funeraria Del Ángel Palm Valley en Pharr. Una misa fúnebre tendrá lugar el lunes, 31 de agosto de 2020, a las 12:00 p.m. en Funeraria Del Ángel Palm Valley en Pharr. El sepelio continuara en Palm Valley Memorial Gardens en Pharr.

Juan Guadalupe Rodriguez and Angelica Rodriguez, age 74, both of McAllen, entered into Heaven’s gates.
Juan met the love of his life, Angelica and they spent 47 loving years together. They began their family together having many blessing such as their children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Empathic and loyal, Juan was committed to making his new family happy. Juan worked hard to be a good father to his children and he did his best to fulfill their needs. Juan enjoyed his leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. His favorite pursuits were hunting, yard work and knives. His pastimes also included spending quality time with his family during gatherings and BBQs. Every morning he took delight in his cup of coffee and was known to enjoy a cold Bud Light and delicious Gansito. Juan was a loving father and husband whose charisma will be dearly remembered and greatly missed.
Angelica was family oriented and loved visiting and spending time with her children and family, especially on Sunday’s, which she considered family time. She enjoyed BBQs and cooking a delicious ‘Cabrito’. One of her greatest blessing was becoming a grandmother/great-grandmother to her 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Her hobbies included watching novelas, playing loteria and going to the ‘maquinitas ’. Angelica's was a loving mother and wife whose unique personality will be forever remembered and greatly missed.
Juan and Angelica were known as many things to many people. They were loved ones, friends, and someone special. To family and friends who knew them best, Juan and Angelica will be remembered as very exceptional people.
Simply stated, Juan and Angelica were a good and kind people, individuals who will for all time be remembered by their family and friends as being a caring and giving, people who were vital parts of their lives. Juan and Angelica leave behind a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life they touched will always remember Juan Guadalupe and Angelica Rodriguez.
They are survived by their four children, Cesar (Alma Delia) Rodriguez, Maria (Quirino) Tijerina, Nancy (Adrian) Cantu, y Daissy (Pedro) Martinez.
A visitation for Juan and Angelica will be held Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a rosary being recited at 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A funeral mass will occur Monday, August 31, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley with interment to follow Monday, August 31, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
