Lazaro Cardenas, age 74, of Edinburg, Texas passed away on Tuesday August 7, 2018. Lazaro was born September 7, 1943 in Rancho Santa Rosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Lazaro is survived by his beloved wife, Irma Cardenas; children: Lazaro (Isabel), Irma (Ricky) & Eduardo (Olga); 10 grandchildren and siblings: Lorenzo, Pablo, Argentina, Javier & Alberto.

A visitation for Lazaro will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. A cremation will follow Friday, August 10, 2018 at 9:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Crematory, La Feria, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr.
