ROCKPORT-Mark Steven Kelley, 60, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 23, 2019 in Rockport, TX. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Juanita Kelley, his children Mark Steven Kelley II, Cameron Kelley, Katia Zuniga, and William (Billy) Kelley. He also leaves behind his siblings Michael Kelley, Cathy Kelley, Carol Kelley, and Ralph Kelley, his mother Margaret Kelley, and his grandchildren Reagan Hedrick and Mackayla Hedrick. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Remembrance at Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley. Funeral mass will be on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McAllen, interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. to RGV State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Funeral arrangements and services are under the care of Funeraria Del Angel Palm Valley 4607 N. Sugar Rd. Pharr, Texas.
