Melissa was born August 13, 1970, in Edinburg, TX, to Rene and Diana Rendon. Melissa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her unique charisma and smile will be greatly missed; however, her memories will remain alive in everyone she meet forever.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jacinto Guzman; her six children, Amber Alvarado, Alyssa Marie Alvarado, Jamie Alvarado, Faith Alejandro, Jaime Alejandro, Jacinto Guillermo Guzman; two grandchildren, Devahni Cepeda, Robert Logan Colby; two sisters, Aida Rendon,
Maxine Cuevas; and a brother, Jesse Rendon.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a catholic service at 6 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr, TX.
