

Born in Edinburg, he was a lifetime resident. Noe grew up from elementary to high school working in agriculture traveling around Texas and California to help his mother and father. He was a proud graduate from Tulare Union High school in California. In his spared time he was a volunteered firefighter for Edinburg Fire Department and Linn San Manuel Fire Department; he assisted as a dispatcher for Pharr Fire Department. Mr. Galicia served for 20 years as a border patrol officer in law enforcement communications and was assigned to the Sector Intelligence Unit where he received many recognitions. On his free time Mr. Galicia enjoyed watching football as he was a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Other past times of his included traveling, the outdoors, and riding around on his Harley. Mr. Galicia is going to be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Noe was preceded in death by his parents, Servera Ponce Galicia and Francisco Galicia.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 10 pm, with a 7 pm prayer service on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. A christian service will be held at 9 am, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Burial will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
