Ramiro Reyes Sr., a devoted father, grandfather, and friend, passed away surrounded by family. Born with an infectious sense of humor, Ramiro was known for his love of life, his unwavering dedication to family, and his remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him.

Ramiro is survived by his former wife, Maria Juanita Reyes, with whom he shared a lifetime of memories, a bond that lasted through all seasons of life. He is also survived by his beloved children, Maggie Reyes Sanchez (husband Saul Sanchez), and Ramiro Reyes Jr. (spouse Manny Chavez), his treasured grandchildren, Ernesto Sanchez and Stephanie Sanchez, all of whom were the light of his life.

A loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Ramiro never missed a game and could often be found cheering his team on with true passion. He was a movie lover, always up for a classic film, and enjoyed a good barbecue, savoring both the food and the time spent with loved ones. His love for biking and walking was well-known, and he could often be seen moving briskly through his neighborhood, impressing all with his energy and spirit.

Ramiro's legacy is one of laughter, love, and cherished memories. His family and friends will always remember his warmth, his love for simple pleasures, and his endless devotion to those he held dear.

Funeral services are under the direction of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr.
