Rebeca will be remembered with deep respect for the compassion and steady care she extended to those around her. Her kind-hearted nature showed in the quiet, thoughtful ways she made others feel seen and welcomed, and in the devoted presence she offered as a loving mother, aunt, sister, and grandma.
Her generosity was evident in the warmth she shared with others, and her faithful spirit guided the way she lived and loved. A very friendly neighbor, Rebeca helped create a sense of comfort and community wherever she was.
Rebeca also held a special affection for animals—especially cats and dogs—reflecting a gentle tenderness that remained a meaningful part of her life.
She is survived by her son Joe Foytek and wife Melissa Foytek and her grandchildren Sean Michael Foytek and Joe Julian Foytek.
She is preceded in death by her husband August Charles Foytek, her brother Antonio Rios, and her sister Guadalupe Rios Hernandez.
Rebeca Rios Foytek will be dearly missed and gratefully remembered.
